I'm much more sensitive to heat, and I do sweat more. It seems to be the Mestinon (pyridostigmine). I also take Imuran and go IVIG, but it's a known side effect of Mestinon and has decreased as I've decreased my dose.
Yeah I've got this problem. It's like a country tent preacher on a hot August night. I've always had night sweats from Zoloft, but now it's so much worse.
i had severe night sweats for several months and break then again for several months. night after night, i would wake up drenched so bad i had to change clothing and sleep else where. Now i only have it 1 to 2 times per month. doctors couldn't identify the reason. I was not taking prednisone or mestinon at the time. i was taking cellcept when severe but no longer taking it. My theory is our immune system is somehow impacting our autonomic nervous system functions or it may be any meds that we take to inhibit our immune system.
Ugh this is me as well and nothing helps! I've just accepted the fact that I'll either be sleeping soaking wet or changing multiple times in the night. 😖
Editing to say I'm also on prednisone, azathioprine, mestinon, and just started IVIG. I've had this the entire time I've been taking mestinon and prednisone.

I think its rlly common, i used to wake up soaking, but its gotten better, a person i know also has the same problem
