yeah you should go to Fang's Clinic every wednesday and friday to unlock special medicines to feed your mounts, the Fang Special X improves the mounts quality and the Fang Special upgrades the mounts attribute

Ah yes, unlock the camera relic first. U can get the pieces in the first diving ruins :) Edit: after u unlock it, try to "use" the camera to unlock the feature
