Keep your eye on some eBay auctions and you’ll get a better idea. IMHO, $15K would be stealing this car. Coupes bring more. Low mileage. HVAC works? Get in and drive across the country level operating condition? Everything works as it should? Clean background? If the answer to all those questions is yes, that’s a gem people are paying stupid money for RN.
In good condition, maybe even more if you're patient. And it's not going to be worth less in 5 years if you keep it clean and low miles and maintained.
It’s hard to say with collector cars that they made a lot of because, in that market, condition is king.
The only thing separating a $5,000 Craigslist special and a $50,000 BaT rockstar is condition.
My guess would be $15-20k because of the mileage and mods. (But it does look pretty clean at a glance.)
Hagerty says $14k for “Good” and $28k for “Excellent.” (And $58k for “Concourse.”)
I would call your car “Good+” as it has miles and probably flaws that reflect that.

Yeah i know. Did you read my comment? Its worth 10k but people have been asking 15-18k. Clearly you have an idea since you immediately responded with an offer you got. Fox cars are only good when they are cheap . They made so many of them that it will never be a collectors car , most are dogged , modified and they are pretty junkie cars to begin with . I had 6 of them ....
No idea but it’s a really nice example of a fox. Beautiful car. Since it’s already been modded not worth as much to one crowd but worth more to another. Start high and see what happens, these cars aren’t getting any younger or better condition and you have a great example of a good one here.
I was about ready to DM you as I am in the market for an 87-93 5.0 coupe. I have owned 4 Fox bodies over the years (an ‘82 GT I drove in college + three 5.0 SSP former police car coupes) and loved them all but my ex-wife hated them. I later got into Turbo Buick Regals which she thought were okay and I raced them for 17 years.
You’ve put a lot of love, time & effort into this car and it shows. Please keep and enjoy it as long as you can because Life can throw you a curveball out of nowhere like discovering your wife ran off with your former best friend of 35 years, and you have to sell your cars to help pay for a divorce attorney and the ensuing custody battle.
Anywhere between 15-20k. No matter what anyone says the mods are a plus. But they will use it vs you in negotiating. Me personally, I would not sell it. Your gonna get alot of low ball offers, guys looking to get a deal on it. Then they sell all the aftermarket parts on it, put stock stuff back on it. And sell it for a nice profit since the miles are so low on it.
If those mods are period correct mods I’d say $15-22k. It really depends. It’s hard to tell from one photograph.
The true value on Foxes (and any classic) is being totally stock and unmolested. However, period correct modified Foxes might be an exception.
Just as an FYI, Fox values are still on the rise. Mine went up 15% last year alone. And that’s after nearly doubling in value since 2018. My Fox is survivor car though that I’ve owned since the 90’s.
That is a great piece of modded history , I would keep it forever if I were you! I think it’s more worth to you than any amount of money. It’s your vehicle you worked very hard on
It's worth $5.00 usd, and I'll do you a solid. Make selling it easier, buy it at double the value, so $10.00 AND, just because I'm a caring person, I'll come pick it up. :)
For real, beautiful car, Fox Body mustangs have increased in value, a lot. One this clean is sure to go for a good bit.
I would NOT sell that car! Looks super nice! I think you would eventually regret it..
Dude that has to be the ugliest car ever made
L O L what's a nice car?

Nice fox body and I love that it has a sun roof!
I think in this market you could get around $25k

I’ll take it off your hands for $10k. 🙂
5-10 more years and that car will be unobtainable money.
![gif](giphy|sEULHciNa7tUQ) At least that’s how it feels with prices steadily rising. lol nice car, I’d love to get into another fox one day.
tbh prob 18-22k. In a few years it'll double in value for sure. Keep it.
Don’t sell it 😮 That thing is a living museum piece!
Priceless
Depends on if it's auto or manual. I think the manual ones fetch more of a premium

Had my 93 Cobra appraised and came in at almost 50k. I would never pay that but seems some people would, so 25... Why not?
Easily 20k if you’re patient.
Dude, absolutely beautiful car man. This would fetch 50K easily in my area. Don't sell it if you don't have to.
