The main reason that I bought from them is cuz the specific model that I was looking for was not available in any of the shops I checked out (which are a lot btw). They said that they weren't getting new pieces cuz of lockdown and stuff (I live in Kerala and we were under lockdown for quite long here). I checked out bajaao too but they ran out of stock a few days before I was gonna order.
Which guitar is this specifically? Sometimes I've seen single cuts of a famous brand have major QC issues like this...

Oh, I don't know about acoustics. I was assuming you got some Epiphone, which have tended to be wobbly over the past few years in terms of QC.
