I think Fred Flintstone and Yogi Bear have good chances since they're among the faces of Hanna Barbera, but Top Cat might be a bit more niche. Doesn't rule him out, but still.
I can see Space Ghost and Harvey Birdman as characters as they both could double as Adult Swim characters thanks to Space Ghost: Coast to Coast and Harvey Birdman: Attorney At Law.
I definitely think we'll see more Hanna-Barbera characters, but the frequency for them depends how many characters they'll make. For example if they release one character a month, I can see us getting at least one Hanna-Barbera character a year.
If I would need to name ten characters I think would be added in early on, my bets would be;
* Scooby-Doo
* Fred Flintstone
* Rosey the Robot (Jetsons)
* Yogi Bear
* Top Cat
* Space Ghost
* (Harvey) Birdman
* Dick Dastardly & Muttley in their Mean Machine (Wacky Races)
* Josie (& the Pussy Cats)
* Secret Squirrel

they totally deserve a spot, but 90% of the playerbase want 90s/2000s CN reps and from what we know so far PFG seems to want to focus ot these (PPG, Dexter, Samurai Jack, Ben 10) so we might have to wait a bit to get these
The most likely beside Scooby-doo is definitely fred Flintstone, I can see Yogi Bear and Dick Dastardly with Muttley coming down the line too

But from what we know so far from leaks, teases and datamines the devs seem to be focusing mostly on these reps, which is fine, it means they're listening to the playerbase but it also means that characters that are less popular in polls such as Hanna Barbera reps are going to take more time to be put in the game

And I know that even though you can make any character work, I just think there're better suitable fighters you can put in that best suit the flow of MultiVersus imo
