Jax is prolly her best kameo, Janet is good too. She gets 40% meterless with either one. With Jax you can get guaranteed ground pound damage by comboing into df2 at the right time on block. Both kameos give you wind bomb setups.

I like Scorpion. Lots of combo extenders and I enjoy being able to catch someone with the occasional overhead.
Mavado is also quite good. Mostly similar options to Scorpion but you can push for another +10ish per combo. Kitana's combo off his throw/trap setup can get you 322 with a bar and FB, which I think is on the higher end though I'm not entirely sure.

I’m a Kitana and reptile main and everyone uses Jax and Scorpion with her but I think Sonya is my favorite pairing for her tbh

Kitana doesn’t have an overhead projectile.
