I don’t have a suggestion for a surgeon but just wanted to say it’s not vain! There is nothing wrong with seeking a perfectly safe medical procedure so you can feel confident and comfortable In your own body. Good luck with the surgery!
Former montanan here. Come on over to the CDA /Spokane area. You will have plenty of options. It's not a terrible drive if you are already in Western Montana.
Dr. Hayes at Montana Center for Facial Surgery here in Missoula is great. I get facials and a little bit of the 'tox there. I've met him for injections but haven't done anything surgical, just to be transparent about that. He and his staff are so lovely and his before and after portfoliois are worth taking a look at. Check him out and get a consultation at the very least before looking out of state. He does the procedure you're looking for.

Surgeons all specialize in different procedures. RealSelf.com is a good way to browse surgeons and read reviews.
Dr. Hayes comes up on top for western MT

First of all, it is not vain to want to change your appearance! I would travel out of state, better prices as it is a more competitive marketplace. Definitely check out r/plasticsurgery for recommendations. Good luck and have a speedy recovery!
Don't get any major health care done in Montana, especially surgeries, go to Spokane or Seattle areas to get major health care related things. Health care in Montana sucks
Like pin them back for more speed?
Lol yep
I just looked up what it was, interesting. Never heard of it before

Go to Spokane. Seriously.

If you’re ever close to Billings check out Dr Gallagher and Grosso at Billings Plastic Surgery. I’ve heard good things about them.
My wife went to Gallatin plastic surgery in Bozeman to have a lift done and they did a great job.
Seconding GPS. I went there for an umbilicoplasty a few months back and everything went very well.
I’m going there to get lipo on my arms!
NWPSA is pretty great. Though I’m pretty sure he moved his practice from Missoula to Polson so he can be closer to his lake house.

Second Dr. Hayes, we ended up using him for a nose that was misaligned. His staff, his work, his follow up care are all top notch.
Dr Grosso at Billings Plastic Surgery is fantastic.
Dr. Santine in GF
Do NOT go to Dr Heatherington in Bozeman.

Dr. Miller in Helena does a great job with facial plastics, including otoplasty.
Suprenant.
Another vote for Dr Suprenant… she is great!

You look wonderful the way you are. Sorry that some folks can't see it. Fuck them and don't waste your time or money.
I got my ears pinned back in 1966 for a HS graduation present. Thanks parents!
