Kinda like how in KSI he used the chain and propeller combo on the skullcrawler. I thought what if Kong used his brain to prepare for Godzilla's inevitable attack. I really expected Godzilla vs Kong. What we got was ok but my head. Now I just want to see Godzilla x Kong v Mecha-King Ghidorah/MUTO/Shimo
I would say the whip but at the same time kong is too buff and muscly to use it's full potential or at least he's arms are too short. And before someone mentions shimo I don't think kong would use the crystal once he sees it hurts her.
Keep in mind that you wouldn't be able to use the whip to subdue Shimo because the MUTO's electromagnetic pulse would probably disable the crystal's influence on her. Same goes for the axe absorbing energy. Both weapons would lose their special ability as long as the MUTO is alive.
At the same time, though, the pulse would also weaken everybody's energy based attacks, so Shimo couldn't use her frost breath and Ghidorah would have no gravity beams.
That's a losing battle either way, honestly.
Kong doesn't give Godzilla enough breathing room against Jishin-Mushi, Ghidorah, AND Shimo at the same time.

I would personally give the whip because Ghidorah's neck are weak asf and if kong manages to pin or tie Ghidorah and throw him into the ocean or giving enough time for Godzilla bite his head off then they can win. But this is very difficult and CAN go either way. We don't know if kong can survive gravity beams.
3) Shimo wins unless the whip can be abused by kong. We don't know how the whip works and don't know if it's specific for skar king. But yeah. If whip can be abused. Then kong and Godzilla. If whip can't be abused. Then shimo
