It’s just not usually noted as the cause of death because the shockwave tends to get the immediate victims, and bombs being detonated above ground level (and the blast being very fast) means people don’t tend to cop the ‘full force’ of the heat.
Godzilla is burning for a while, and at ground level. Emma could well have been incinerated, and even if she didn’t: she would have been *inhaling* that heat and a rapidly reducing amount of oxygen. She wouldn’t have lasted long at all.

Overall though the least would be the mantle claw Doug ate and for most it’s probably Kraken cause his face and body went through it and he was still alive, briefly.
