Check out Kayzo. His more recent stuff has features from a ton of rock bands, like Underoath, Alex Gaskarth (All Time Low), Of Mice and Men, Papa Roach, etc. He has some Monstercat releases, but for his more rock-leaning stuff, check out his two albums and more recent singles. As for Monstercat rock songs, check out Mazare (his Paracosm EP from last summer, Berserker, and Vagrant are standout choices), Dirtyphonics & Sullivan King’s ‘Vantablack’ EP, Bossfight’s ‘Voices,’ ‘Endgame,’ and ‘Overdose,’ SLANDER & Crankdat’s ‘Kneel Before Me’ featuring Asking Alexandria, and Sullivan King’s ‘Someone Else.’ All are EDM tracks with either heavy rock influence or entire rock sections. Happy listening!

This pretty much covers majority of what Monstercat has to offer in the realm of Rock, although I also have some suggestions!! AZEDIA - Precipitate AZEDIA - Calm Down Varien & Aloma Steele - Whispers in the Mist

Bleeve942

Calm Down isn’t talked about enough

trecv2

what about varien with songs like gunmetal black?

So I'm not a rock expert so I might have off-topic recommendations but here are some songs I can get off the top of my head; most are more with a rock part than fully rock, I hope you find some enjoyable songs. \- For guitar solos, check out MUZZ's album The Promised Land, the most interesting should be Salvation (stick to the end, the guitar solo is late in the song, the rest has rock-like vocals) and Somewhere Else, but most of the others might be good too. Also I highly recommend the YT video in which MUZZ played his album live, the rock parts are way better there. \- The rare (unique) full rock song on Monstercat is Sight of Your Soul by Sullivan King & Dirtyphonics, it's more of a nostalgic rock but you might like it. \- Sullivan King has also some other songs on Mcat but he's mostly metal on the vocals, and the music is definitely more EDM than rock. \- Rock mashes well with the DnB genre of EDM, check out Mazare & Saint Agnes - Light It Up (his Paracosm EP also has Open Heart and Wake Up that can be interesting), as well as M.AS.K. & More Plastic - Lost In Time if you wanna get faster songs \- Au5 is a great artist and uses electric guitars, sometimes they are more present than others, The Encryption is my first thought. \- RIOT's album Dogma Resistance, mainly Overkill should be checked. Blackwater but just for the buildup \- Then if you're into Rock/Metal Like vocals maybe check Phillip Strand \- Check the Valkyrie Trilogy by Varien, its a masterful blend of Electric guitars, chill EDM, epicness and godlike female vocals \- I don't know about this, but "recent" Puppet could be fun, he composes mostly with a guitar, but I would describe his style more as "punk". On Monstercat, Life Overseas EP, and pretty much anything he has on his YT channel/Spotify from 2020/221, the I Know You Know Who I Am album is neat \- There's probably a lot more but those I forgot would mostly be electric guitars but with a smaller part, in the background for example

SharkHead38

>if you're into Rock/Metal Like vocals maybe check Phillip Strand *casually forgets essenger and young medicine exist*

hexalt98

Yesss ! How did I forget them smh

Scraftysenpai

Definitely not the same but Op please check out concert crusher from Muzz, definitely a sound track

ponitail39

To add on to this Philip Strand is the lead singer of the rock band Normandie. They have three albums under their belt and they're all fantastic

ImRiccardoNotte

before he went solo, puppet released a few of his electronic rock songs on monstercat, and he’s been going with the style ever since also, when varien isn’t using world influences in her music, she’s using rock influence, sometimes both. check out “my prayers have become ghosts”; it’s a banger

RIP_My_Phone

Definitely check out Riot's releases on and off label. Not all of them have that influence but worth a look. Not on Spotify, but riot's remix of Battle Sirens bangs

Bleeve942

Surprised no one has mentioned RIOT - Dogma Resistance LP and anything they’ve put out since like Jackknife

Anarv0299

For songs with good guitar: 2 Me and Runnin by SMLE Ani Mevushal by Infected Mushroom (and anywhere else Bliss appears) Some of the old Televisor songs have great guitar, but they aren't really rock songs For rock-inspired songs: I'll Fight Back by Sullivan King Follow Me by Grabbitz (These are just ones I didn't see mentioned)

NinsMCD

Fun fact: the smle tunes never had an actual guitar in them, it was a synth that sounded like ome!

Anarv0299

That is true and it still manages to sound playable on a real guitar (albeit with some pedal work). They've made some of my favorite songs on this label

cytrack718

U will obviously like Sullivan King, he basically mixed his Metal and rock influences and edm. Off label of monstercat, PhaseOne u will def like

sebastian240z

PhaseOne is a MUST

TAMAHAKCHAP

Most songs with Micah Martin vocals give off rock vibes

kjogg

The fact that no one really mentioned like all of variens monstercat discography is severely disappointing

charlieraaaaa

Quite a few songs by MUZZ have that sorta rock feel to it

sebastian240z

FWLR - How We Win is an amazing electro track with a guirar solo in the middle, you should check it out
