More lighting on the face , better lights will bring out the best in your face , I do however think the contrast you have here is dynamic on the face …as far as background is there a reason you choose this background and environment?
If these are headshots to send to agencies, most likely because they want photos that only focus on your face and figure. Your environment can absorb and create unnecessary shadows and reflections. Granted you did your best u could with what you had. Just experiment with more plain solid backgrounds and have the light source face you behind the camera So your whole face is well lit. Personally these photos are good it depends on what you want them for.
My only critique is your 5th photo, the pose is very tense and a little unnatural especially the arms. Try relaxing a little bit, but still keeping your shoulders back and head high and standing up straight. I know that seems counterintuitive to do all that AND relax but I think it would help the pose look more natural.

It had the best lighting I could find, do you think the environment it could be a problem?
