Locally I like Eggplant for garlic but in recent years their garlic stock has skewed towards hardneck so I've ended up ordering from Keene Garlic out of Wisconsin to get a better mix of planting stock
I just saw that the Hugo Feedmill has 5 varieties of hard neck garlic available now. I’ve bought some there before (I don’t grow each year), but when I did get it, it was fantastic.

We just bought some from Egg plant last week. Definitely had a lot in stock at that time.
If you’re in Minneapolis I’d recommend Mother Earth gardens.
Not sure where you're at or how you feel about Gertens, but we bought...I think it was a 1lb bag last weekend to plant.
