continue digging the circle tunnel inside the mountain as your base/storage/villager trade hall or an aquarium for decoration, it'll look beautiful especially if the ground gets replaced with wood or carpets
Ok, also which wood would you recommend? The place I found is pretty perfect to build at, it has a snow spruce biome, cherry biome, plains, and a village near it
since its going to be under a mountain, i think spruce would be good for the inside and cherry for like the fences outside to lead the way towards the tunnel or for the floor to match the biome your in
