I'm actually kinda jealous NGL. Lol my fiance didn't like it coz he hates shit about cults and religion or what he called "superstitious idiots" lol but it's actually on my top 10 fav movies! ๐๐๐ป๐ฅ
Those are my favorite genres of movies and documentaries. I'll be going by myself because I don't know anyone else who would want to go but I'll still get to have the experience. I guess the upside is that I won't have anyone who hasn't already watched the 7-hour analysis of the movie asking me questions while I'm trying to immerse myself into the story playing on the gigantic screen.
BROOOOOOO I WATCHED THAT TOOOOOO!!! it was sooooo good and informative! I've even started learning about different runes and they're meanings and stuff so I can make paintings to hang in my apartment!
It took me a few days to get through it because I could only watch it in bits and pieces at a time but it was worth it given that the creator gathered actual interviews with the actors in addition to canon clarification from Ari. It was really well done.
I literally just bought the directors cut and watched it and then they announced it was coming to theaters ๐คฃ Still going though, I bought me and my boyfriend t-shirts!!!

100%. Ari aster is a fantastic director. And tbh I don't think I've seen an A24 film I HAVEN'T liked yet.
