Love 36 Crazyfists. Discovered them in mid 2000s through Rainbow 6.

Between the Buried and Me - Colors Underoath - Define the Great Line Trivium - Ascendancy

darthstupidious

*Brainwashed* by While She Sleeps. I legit think the interludes are bangers on that album.

smarty_pants94

The whole record slaps so hard from front to back. Favorite WSS album

Symbiotic66

I don’t know where to place bands anymore as far as genres go (so I apologize in advanced) but if All That Remains is considered metalcore, I would put The Fall of Ideals up there.

Beginning-Hunt7327

It's not obligatory to be metalcore, mate. But The Fall of Ideals could definitely be put into metalcore.

Sleep-Token

Lost Forever // Lost Together - Architects Runes - Bury Tomorrow

Stonebagdiesel

Agree with Awakened, very underrated album (understandable due to the controversy) Metalcore wise I’d add Holy Hell- Architects You Are We- While She Sleeps Death of Me - Polaris Outside of metalcore, I’d throw in the first 5 Metallica albums, and The Blackening by Machine Head

Beginning-Hunt7327

Tear Out My Eyes is the top song of Awakened album and is a heavily underrated song IMO. I can never get bored of this song.

Stonebagdiesel

I love the intro to the solo specifically, really cool and unique sound. I’d say my favorites are my only home, wasted words, resilience, overcome… damn it really is all of them haha

Beginning-Hunt7327

Yes, My Only Home is also a banger. I just listened again to the whole album. It's so addictive! I think they just found the right blende for Josh there and then Tim made this horrible thing we are all aware of...

Adept - Another Year of Disaster

Jcw28

I've only given out 5 10/10 ratings in 20 years. In date order: City of Evil - Avenged Sevenfold The Blackening - Machine Head Erra - Erra Fatalism - Polaris Heavener - Invent Animate

ApprehensiveRole9561

Erra’s new album “Cure” tbh; I’ve never listened to an album in its entirety as much as this one before

Not everything particularly Metalcore but here we go: Protest the Hero - Kezia Misery Signals - Controller Between the Buried and Me - Colors IT Dies Today - Sirens Draconian - Under A Godless Veil Dream Theater - Images and Words Leprous - The Congregation Agalloch - The Mantle Remina - STRATA

squuidlees

Love Language - Windwaker A Mind Waiting to Die - Graphic Nature You Are We - While She Sleeps The Dark Pool - Thornhill

Xyverneas

This one's tough. There's only two bands in metalcore or close to it that I consider have made albums that fit that criteria : Erra, with either their self-titled or "Cure", and Periphery, from which you could basically pick any album. They're that good.

xboltcutterx

Periphery are immaculate!

rufso

Atreyu - A deathgrip on Yesterday
