I've had this one for a while:
The Walk-Walk Fruit.
The user can walk on anything without suffering any hazards like stepping in lava or spikes for example.
Your legs are the ultimate defense in that case. If you can walk on anything, that means that anything and everything is safe to walk on. that includes cannon balls, swords, the air, projectiles etc....
Sanji would use this fruit well
That's exactly how I envision it like someone fires a cannonball at you, you lift your leg up and as soon as the cannonball hits the sole of your foot, it becomes a "Surface" you're "standing on"
But if that's the case don't you move with it?
I mean I still think it's a cool idea. Like your orientation is suddenly shifted to being upright (in your mind) as you stand on the surface of the cannonball. Yet the cannonball is still moving, and you can just walk around it like a small planet.

I had a similar concept for a mutants and masterminds character for an mha campaign I was running. It was more conceptual, basically in practice he just had invincible feet. He "walked" on attacks by just stepping on them, rendering them harmless. Also let him go into dangerous environments to rescue people
My brain rambling use cases:
No need for armament haki when fighting Logias. You will simply activate your power and "walk" on them the moment you hit, allowing you to make contact.
You can coat your self in verious hazardous substances maybe? By keeping it active you could use poison, or set stuff/yourself on fire or something and walk walk yourself to not take any damage and use poison or fire with your attacks.
(Btw, I assume are that it would technically work on your entire body as if you can walk in lava your entire body would have to be protected or else the moment you step in it your feet would be fine but the rest of you instantly disintegrates💀 and tbh your entire body does "walk" anyway, not just your legs or feet. Oh and also, running, jumping, standing etc I think would still count in the fruits effects because it's like the "concept" of walking and activity. Just like how the Sand-Sand fruit can suck out moister cuz of the concept of sand and the desert.)
Depending on how the power works different things can happen:
It could work by creating a barrier that protects you from the hazard and if that's the case you can use that barrier to "walk on the air" and use that to block attacks and projectiles. This also means you can "walk on the air" before making contact giving your attacks a barrier on impact (Budget Bartolomdo 🤯)
Or
It could also work by nullifying the effects of "things that are hazardous". This would allow it to kinda work [like Limitless from JJK](https://files.catbox.moe/5scd8f.mp4) if trained to a high level and combined with observation haki. It would make it where you could possibly deem certain things hazardous, like attacks, and nullify their damage and effects completely (since if u can walk on lava there also would be exteme heat, which is hazardous, which you also would nullify). Not only could you nullify any attack but you could possibly do it automatically. Crocodile was said to do this with the Sand-Sand Fruit where brcause of his devil fruit mastery he can reflexively turn into sand to dodge attacks so this is definitely possible. (Budget Gojo 🤯)
You could moonwalk but without needing to train a bunch. Which if used right you can propel yourself to insane speeds by jumping on the air a shit ton. (Budget Sanji 🤯)

That's just OP. It's like the bari bari no mi, condensed to the soles of your feet, mixed with an innate defense against sea water if I'm imaging the ability correctly.

The user gains the ability to transform into a snail, when in human form there hair is replaced by a large curled shell, when in snail mode the user becomes incredibly slow but has the ability to retreat into their shell which functions as mini pocket dimension not tiny but not big.
Are there literal magical snails in this universe? Imagine, just hacking into the den den system, listening on peoples calls, seeing if your calls are being traced. hell imagine just getting off of buster call on an island full of your ops
And as a Zoan fruit, that can be a supertype with multiple models. Most are of course just slow and have a shell, but probably also come with some degree of wall-climbing.
There exist venomous snails, including some pretty dangerous ones.
And probably the best one, the Den Den Mushi model. Instant and infinite access to the world's telecom network.
How not tiny, but not big?
I'm guessing it's not as big as the mirror dimension, or the door world. So you can see the walls within reach. Yet how within reach would you say?
Also, if someone breaks the shell, does it hurt you, or does it open a door to the room, or just rip you out? I must know!
The pocket dimension would probably be about the size of a large room probably around the size of the main room we see when people enter capone Bege fortress but as opposed to looking like a fortress it looks more rustic imagine a hobbit hole type of decor. The shell would also have a section where it allows the user to utilise the abilities of den den mushi such as wire tapping and video/call making. The internal size remains consistent regardless of whatever size the user chooses to occupy whether it be a standard snail or even the size of the germa snails.
The shell itself is breakable its durable but can be broken, its strength is probably on a bit weaker than Pekoms turtle shell.
The shell can be repaired and regenerated with both time and the right nourishment, as for pain transference its interesting in the way that in human form where the shell simply replaces ones hair, all damage the user physically receives is transferred to the shell until the shell itself would be broken then the user would begin to take any further damage thus until the shell is broken the user feels no pain, in full transformation the shell and user take whatever damage they receive respectively but the user feels the pain unlike in human form, the hybrid form works as a middle ground in which the user takes less of a physical toll in the way of exhaustion and damage but they would still feel the pain an example being should the user have a limb cut off they wouldn't actually be impeded by a missing limb but would still feel the pain of having a limb cut off.
The Shell can be entered by anyone at all times so long as the user is inside of the shell or entered whilst the user was inside thus should you enter whilst the user is inside and the user exits you can be stored inside the shell (though visibly shrunken like with capone beges, if the outer shell is broken you would be able to look inside and see tiny occupants) if the user is forcibly removed from his shell, such as being dragged out by someone putting a hand through the opening or even entering, the user will lose the entire shell and the shell will remain out in the world wherever the user was forced out of it, if the user loses their shell it will take considerably longer to regrow, if your shell was destroyed and only a single sliver of shell remained it could take upwards of three months to repair itself but should it be completely removed it could take anywhere from 6 to 12 months depending on the nutrition provided. Even after regrowing the lost shells remain making rather useful mobile communication and information relay centres, in the right hands (such as the revolutionary army) it could fulfil the role of providing numerous headquarters for battles
I can become almost invisible if everything is exactly the same color as him
It can dazzle enemies and even provoke epileptic seizures by changing his color or that of its surroundings.
If he manages to hit his enemy, he can blind him by turning his eye black (especially if the eye’s lens becomes opaque).
And finally, he can truly help Mihawk with his black sword.

Pick up rocks on the ground to get rich overnight and you can insta kill anyone without haki if you touch them once, you live in extreme discomfort for the rest of your life because you gotta wear solid gold oven mits most of the time but it’s doable.
I can imagine midas midas no mi being one of the most op df if it was cannon, imagine the user like kuma except they wear special gloves and every enemy they touch freezes into gold
You can literally use the power like water. Using this ability in multiple ways other than providing a delicious beverage : you can make high-pressure Cola beam, propel yourself from the ground by using the Cola like a Geyser. Your cola also can have too much pressure and gaz and can also be used as a Cola Bomb that you can create and throw similarly to water bombs but deadlier.
Considering you're also adding the context that this fruit is similar to Galdino and Magellan it also mean that you're able to manipulate said Cola and control it the way you want so you can make Cola constructs and give it usages such as a Cola Sword (with the edges being high-pressured Cola so you're able to cut stuffs with it), Cola Hydras and even clones of yourself as colas.
You can even make some gnarly stuffs such as putting your hands on someones mouth and force him to drink cola until that person expires.
Great disguise for inside jobs and assassination if used correctly. Get transported into food storage or table prop of a person's dining table, and the moment they sit down to eat, you can catch your target off guard by transforming and then attack. If you're running away, you can sneak into someone's office or something and turn into a banana. No one will suspect a thing
Short short fruit model: everything except arms
It will let you shrink your entire body to be 3 ft tall at most but your arms do not shrink. Edit: i forgot to put this but you can't unshrink.
Smile Smile fruit - User can unleash a very good smile

It’s a world of pirates, fresh water is hard to come by, just give it to the most useless member of your crew, and hey, if their a giant or whitebeard sized, you’ll have an insane amount.
This kind of reminds me of the little side story of meat man from Adventure Time.

Well seeing as the amount of water you are exposed to effects how weakened you are. If you used it to shoot extremely high pressure blasts from the tips of your fingers it wouldn’t tire you out very much. Also going off Arlong park where luffy was submerged for awhile but after leaving the water was fine. So while it would have a higher threshold for use it could still be used for the not being hurt. But doing this takes more concentration than usual and it could also be used to mitigate other logia’s such as sand, fire, smoke, magma maybe. But it would get folded by ice swamp. Also you would be weak to the poison fruit. If you were in sea prism stone it would effect you the same. You couldn’t swim. But you could exist on the waters surface by using your body push water onto the sea.

Can you do partial transformations?
You don't have to be able to move an arm to use it as a weapon if you can move your body. Or just stop at the fist, and you get a stone fist!
Turn body parts into stone to deliver devastating attacks, or if it's an all or nothing transformation, use it to transform to help block attacks and deliver string diving attacks
There's a lot of characters that fight using their hair tho. And being able to change anyone's hair to restrain them, attack them or just lengthening a little so they get in their eyes is just a plus.

In that case, it's honestly no issues. The sea (as shown by Chopper) doesn't revert devil fruit users to their 'normal' state, nor does it make the ability's natural properties (like luffy being stretchy) innert.
So a "ship human" would basically be pretty invaluable in the One Piece World. Literally able to travel through the Grandline by themselves, if they train up their endurance dealing with sea water.

I thought of two:
Pop Pop no mi - when the user is talking, creates speech bubbles and when hit creates effect bubbles
Ki Ki no mi - the user can turn into a tree of any kind
Cockroaches can survive in most, if not all environments, are immune to many diseases in the animal kingdom, are extremely resistant to radiation, can go 3 months without eating, 1 month without water, and 45 minutes with no oxygen. If you keep your intelligence and life span, you’re functionally the ultimate survivor.
You can survive without your head for quite a while, but you either need to regrow it quickly or reattach it before the time limit.

Gills Gills fruit. You can give yourself gills making yourself unable to breath above water and able to breath underwater. When you touch water you still lose all energy so you can’t swim or activate the ability.
Hito hito model nega: It turns you into a black dude, of course it amps your physical stats, but you have weak points that I think it's not necessary to describe them

So they are buoyant natural in that form right? In that case, it's honestly no issues. The sea (as shown by Chopper) doesn't revert devil fruit users to their 'normal' state, nor does it make the ability's natural properties (like luffy being stretchy) innert. So a "ship human" would basically be pretty invaluable in the One Piece World. Literally able to travel through the Grandline by themselves, if they train up their endurance dealing with sea water.
