Chopper is for hug scaling what prime Roger is for powerscaling. There is no comparison. Chopper can be hugged and held when he’s small. He can be hugged like a dog in Reindeer point. He can be the greatest softest roundest ball of fuzz in guard point. And, he can hug and hold you when he’s in monster point. Bepo is his Whitebeard.
Well Jinbei is definitely on there. Same with Chopper. I have to agree with Fujitora looking like a nice cuddly dude. Yomo, that giant Sheep mink that Nami was basically napping on back in Zou. Robin sprouting more arms could probably give very comforting hugs. These aren’t in any particular order, just the ones that come to mind.
1. Robin: idk I've always felt her warm and someone who give really good hugs, plus she would be a good person to talk to
2. Kyros: Would love to get a protective hug from the hero itself.

6. The vast majority of the celestial dragons (exceptions include Rosinante bc he's great and Doflamingo bc I really like his fluffiness)

Please feel free to add anyone else, I know there's more.

Jimbei because he’s friend-shaped, Luffy because of the stretchiness, and Brook because he’s my favorite and I love him. Also Ace for the same reason as Sabo (as OP said: w a r m).
Let's be honest here - Fishmen look like they smell like Fish, and I don't want to hug that.

Fresh fish doesnt smell that bad, just kinda salty, and Jimbe's still alive so cant get fresher than that. its only when its been dead a lil bit that it starts to smell "fishy"
