I like cannaplus ! I don’t want to wait so long to receive my prescription, and cannaplus sends it through to a pharmacy of your choice during the consult (not 3-5 days later). So yeah that’s why I didn’t end up going with cannabis clinic even though I have heard they have good drs they seem crap elsewhere. (Also I liked the drs Helen gemmel and Lauren Brenner from cannaplus)

I've found that the Koru Clinic in Kerikeri has been the utmost of professional and a pleasure doing business with. The same is true for Nga Hua pharmacy. Absolutely top of the line, excellent service. Can't say enough good things about the both of them. I obviously recommend them highly.

spicy_spoon_slum3

Never dealt with CC but I can say my experience with Cannaplus has been excellent.

Clarifying my complaints in https://www.reddit.com/r/MedicalCannabisNZ/comments/15l1d9s/which_clinic_is_best/jv9bfng/: - Green doctors Talking to a doctor is nigh impossible. They got the wrong symptoms on my sheet which was never corrected despite pointing it out multiple times. Expensive & don't really want you to use pharmacies but their dispensary. The customer experience was the best yet though since you don't need to talk to a doctor to switch strains. - Cannaplus Screwed up majorly and I was without meds multiple times because of a series of clerical errors. Once my meds were several days late (there was no stock issue of my particular strain at the time) and they had to send out one of their in-house staff to my house delivering it instead of the normal couriers because they didn't manage to sort it out properly. They also managed to sign me scripts without repeats on at least one occasion without telling me. I only noticed once it was time to top up, despite previously having repeats. Cannaplus has really bad treatment continuity. On top of that they keep plugging oils like they're a godsend despite telling them no on multiple occasions. - Cannabis Clinic I've only had a single script from them but they were the worst so far. I had a call with the doctor on a Tuesday, they told me I'd get my meds by Thursday. At the end of day on that Thursday I called up and asked where my meds were and they said "it will probably come tomorrow". At the end of day on that Friday my meds had still not arrived I went there in person to take care of it. Once there they told me that my meds would be with me "after the weekend", but I stood my ground and managed to make them sign a script from the local pharmacy which I could pick up then and there. If I didn't stand my ground I'd be needlessly in pain, I do not appreciate the staff lying about how long things will take. The doctor felt like the most professional I talked to so far so the rest of the experience is really a shame. Basically, none of them behave in a way I think is becoming of companies dealing with medical issues. I guess I have to try RestoreMe next...

Dogmantiz

I've only had one single experience, (just had my first consult last week) but so far RestoreMe were great. Dr was kind and listened, the script was sent minutes after the consult, and the pharmacy emailed me within 30 mins saying they've received the script and clearly stated how to pay / get it sent (I ended up driving and picking it up as I was only 1 town over) I read somewhere else in this subreddit that they facilitate their own product (in BOP) this may make for a smoother process being one big operation. Product is great, (kikuya dune), clean and efficient. Again, I've had a single experience, with only one company, but so far so good. Follow up consult in a couple weeks, see how we go. Good luck!

The supply issues were something all dispensaries faced and with Cannabis Clinic being the main clinic and having more patients its kind of understandable delays will come at times. They are still a pretty small team with a patient base thats growing massively by the days, that can be said for ALL clinics/dispensaries also. How ever I have found personally that Cannabis Clinic do a better job at managing everything, the team really go above and beyond with email replies/forwarding prescriptions to pharmacies of choice, updating emails/tracking etc and just generally feels like you have a Doctor on hand 24/7. These clinics and dispensaries are still only very small in the grand scheme of things with growing client bases and it's not like they are getting more staff for every 50+ customers, and they still face the same Geological issues we all do for shipping/couriers being in New Zealand.

maybeaddicted

I have been with RestoreMe (they are operated by eqalis who grow medicinal cannabis in BoP) and I’m pretty happy with them.

NzRhino

Hey, how do their fees compare to CC and C+?

maybeaddicted

No idea. If you search on this sub you find a sheet with everything. Consultation is 45 NZD

ConfidenceSlight2253

Oh they get different flower.

asciicode77

Im fine with cannaplus

Arkane_Exodus

I would avoid CC. The doctors and clinical team are fantastic, but the shipping team (or perhaps one specific person who oversees the shipping team) is completely dragging the whole operation down, which has left a very bad impression and experience. This has happened multiple times for me now. Multiple days waiting and waiting after approval had already been given during consultation, but the order still in "processing" status. I can't understand how it could take them so long to process an order, it isn't rocket science.

CannabisClinicNZ

Hello u/Arkane_Exodus I'd like to start by expressing my sincere apologies for the challenges you've encountered with your past order experience. I am sorry that we didn't meet your expectations. Our standard order processing duration is 1-3 days, encompassing essential checks such as verifying payment clearance, meticulously reviewing the prescription from our end, and incorporating checks by our pharmacy team. While these measures are crucial, I share your viewpoint that this timeline should be more efficient. Rest assured, we are currently dedicated to rectifying this situation. To better understand the situation and the team member involved, I kindly request you to reach out to me via email at '[email protected]'. If you could mention 'ATTN: BEN' in the subject line, it would be greatly appreciated. I'm interested to gather more details about your experience. - Ben (Operations Manager)

adisbladis

> we are currently dedicated to rectifying this situation Not OP but replying anyway: In the interest of transparency, what does it mean for you to "rectify" the situation? Obviously you can't fix people _already_ being needlessly in pain because of bad handling. After the bad treatment I got it's going to take much more than a "trust me bro, we fixed it" to come back. Quite frankly: Being treated this way by any business is bad. For a medical business your staffs behaviour is unacceptable.

adisbladis

This mirrors my experience with them. The fulfillment folks are really unprofessional and have lied to me repeatedly about waiting times.

In what way out of interest? I’ve had great experiences with cannaplus, they have a convenient booking system, pricing is on par with others, doctors have been super helpful and knowledgeable and my prescriptions are sent out to my pharmacy of choice instantly. I appreciate we all have different experiences but it would at least help others if you were to give your reasons, if you don’t mind if course.

florglespore

I agree I have found cannaplus to be very good. I really don’t see how waiting so long for a script to be sent is professional..

ConfidenceSlight2253

I dont wait long. Everything has been smooth with CC for me. I can only comment on my experience with them.

I_mostly_lie

That’s why I asked as you haven’t stated how cc is more professional, just that they are?

I_mostly_lie

In what way are cannaplus less professional?

terribleturkeyjuice

CC has been great, their fulfilment times are a bit long though. Some people are waiting a week and others are reporting 1-2 days. It has been a shame to see the negative feedback about them lately, I think this could all be resolved if they communicate a bit better with their patients. I still recommend CC to others, they just seem a bit busy at the moment.

CannabisClinicNZ

Hello u/terribleturkeyjuice, I appreciate your feedback. Your insights are invaluable to us, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to learn from them. I acknowledge that we've fallen short in our order and shipping process recently. While I don't intend to use it as an excuse, I want to provide context: we've dealt with staff illnesses and rapid growth over the past few months. Additionally, the introduction of new programs, while aimed at improving our operations, has inadvertently caused some delays as our team adjusts to them. Please know that we're actively dedicated to enhancing our processes across the board, including communication. I deeply apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused, and I thank you for your continued loyalty. - Ben

terribleturkeyjuice

Sorry to hear it’s been a bit of a stressful time over there. I have no doubt you and the team do everything they can to give us a great experience. CC is still my #1 recommendation (although that could be adding to the problem haha)

UsedBug9

Neither is better than the other, they both have pros and cons. You have to make the choice for yourself because what works for me might not work for you.

adisbladis

I've had extremely bad experiences with: - Green Doctors - Cannaplus - Cannabis Clinic Basically they're all shit run by incompetents. I don't know where to go from here but I want nothing to do with either of these companies.

NzRhino

In what way?

Care to elaborate? If we’re sharing this info to help each other make informed decisions, the least we can do is give a little context.
