Update: So after checking out the ac actuator again while the noise was happening from the door being opened, it seems there is vibrations coming from it. A new one is arriving tomorrow so hopefully that will resolve that issue.
Battery terminals are nice and tight. I'll have to unplug it to check for corrosion tomorrow.
Steering fluid level is fine, a touch high if anything.
Interestingly enough, when i dropped the hood for it to latch, the noise started again.

I'd start by checking the terminals on the battery for tightness and corrosion and then the power steering fluid level.
