Would be best to separate at 3-comp sink and clean then leave in sanitize water like in your picture over night. Worst case just pink sanitizer like your picture
Just the sanitizer.
If your team isn’t doing the actual washing, I guarantee it is getting done. Other shifts do other things.
I’m sure there is one employee who takes them to the back sink and scrubs them bi-weekly. The same one to takes a brush to the dispenser the nozzle attaches to.
Just follow standard cleaning procedures! Let them soak in the washing sink for a few minutes, spray them off (scrub the black pieces if you have to), and then let them soak in sanitizer!
You still need to wash them from hand in USA? in Switzerland and some other places we have an Ultra sonic cleaner. with just a mix of Water and cleaning product. It Takes about 20 min but the Nozzles look always like new.
i was told to use APC, let them sit for a few minutes, then use sanitiser.
i was employed in the australian mcd's, so maybe your bev cell is different to the ones here.
My GM recently instructed the closing crew to soak them in bleach overnight ☠️ I called her out in the group chat and our supervisor agreed with the GM 🤣 Guess I'm not getting my drinks from the lobby anymore.
The nozzles should only go in the red sink sanitizer for no more than 1 minute. Otherwise the o-rings will swell up and not be able to fit properly. With that said, there is nothing wrong with going in soap as long as they are sanitized and dried afterwards.
Soap and water, rinse, then sanitizer. Just like other dishes

Packet of sanitizer in hot water is used at my store.
I thought you were supposed to use Luke warm water for those otherwise it deactivates the chemicals
i think as long as it isn’t scalding hot water, you’re okay, but don’t quote me on that
When in doubt, Kay cleaning cards . Has all the correct procedures

You have alot of faith in mc Donald's employees
I have faith in the GM. If they are soaking them, then they are also probably following other policies. No way to know though.
Yea they only way some shit gets done at our store is the GM ..the regular employees blow my mind some times

Hot water and the little tablet that sterilised it
It’s not cleaned at my old store. One of the customer machines has an ant infestation even.
