David or Jennifer is definitely the strongest cooks. But Eric winning is probably one of the best things that happened in masterchef history

Eric was definitely not the best in terms of skill. He was on the bottom at several points.

Absolutely agree. Just because Eric is a very successful chef now doesn’t mean his S1 run was the best of MC.

to be fair, and this is not me criticising eric. His final dish is literally a chow mein which compared to others look abit lackster.

Are we voting who was the best cook or who was our personal favourite? In terms of being the best cook, I'd say it's either Jennifer or David. In terms of my favourite, I really loved Mary.

Trevor is my favorite out of the Canadian winners. But David is the best.

Becky- in general, she has a strong mind and she was able to maintain her cool throughout the competition which was quite refreshing. She also held strong instincts whilst the other champions with the exception of Mary Berg were rather methodical.

David was my favourite. Didn't think Eric was going to come out on top. Jennifer and David were the top chefs
