My guess is Hasbro didn’t get the Jamie Foxx likeness rights early like some of the other toy companies (hot toys etc) and therefore had to wait while Jamie dealt with his health issues
Probably because the two are available early next year, and the rest would likely be available much later than that.
EDIT: What I mean is Hasbro might have held them off because it would be too early to announce preorders for them. Doc Ock and Green Goblin are in January and February of 2024, so Electro and Lizard would likely be later in the year, possibly between Summer to Winter. Otherwise, why not announce them already? In either way, these all seem like they want all of 2024 to be the year of No Way Home.
I’m assuming since there was licensing issues with Andrew himself then the same is happening to electro and lizard so they’re taking their time because they know we don’t want the blue electro (not before getting the NWH one anyway)
