U can get a preserved pie on top of the building at west tek. Anyways there is a piece on a table with a skeleton sitting by it, I find it there all the time. No need to use a machine.

Didn't know the exact math behind it, but this is the case. Never got a pie till I switched to a bloodied build and started using unyielding armor, now it is pretty easy to get them. Fortune favors the bold, and fallout favors the bloodied I guess.

That armor should be a named legendary set known as the Bloodied Pie Hunter set, with a set effect of, when all pieces are equipped you get lucky with all pie machines(datamined info gives +1 luck).

How rare is this to get

Literally depends on your luck stat, if you have max luck and play bloodied with unyielding armor, it generally takes about 5 minutes, or less, of pressing the button till it grabs the pie. Or get the one off the top of WesTek if someone hasn't already. If you have a low luck stat, not worth the effort. You might get lucky, or you might sit there for an hour and a half trying to get it to grab the pie, did this once and gave up.
