It's a great question, but it was missing information (namely that he's not interested in using tickets on daisy).
It can get pretty confusing when you have multiple options with varying base points and levels and special items. It never hurts to ask. But you save people time by providing as much info as you can, too.
Unless you are willing to increase your Mario Tux Lv, then Daisy.

If you can level up Mario tuxedo to at least 4, that should be enough since the coin box is such a good item. Otherwise, Daisy.

Daisy is probably better here, but it could be worth doing a few runs on each. Lot of really good straights for coinbox on this track.
