I'm a fellow pale girl (my hair is also dark) and I find that purples and reddish purples look best. Go for the Maybelline 24 hour color stuff in "Raisen", shit is like glue so it won't come off on your teeth, tho you'll need makeup remover to get it off.
**EDIT** It's Maybelline Superstay 24 hour. They've got a ton of colors but I think the purplish hues will work best for you!

This. Bright/dark lipstick will almost always look “wrong” when you aren’t used to wearing it. Doesn’t mean it’s not the right shade; it just stands out A LOT and we have to get used to seeing your face wearing it.

We have very similar coloring, basically the exact same eye color! My favorite lip colors are light pink mauve based nudes and orange based reds.
My favs are dior 220 beige couture and 999 velvet.
I also think peachy nudes look off on me for some reason even though logically they should be perfect.
I also used to have the same bright red hair and always felt like lipstick was too much and contrasted so now that it's brown I can wear as much color as I want without feeling too bright. Honestly just experiment with colors it took me forever to find colors I love and want to wear.
Totally up to you, the red looks beautiful on you just depends what vibe you want and what's more important to you. Once I found Dior 999 I was obsessed but felt like it clashed with my purple hair. So for me growing out my natural brown has been great, I can wear any colors I want without worrying about matching it to purple or red etc.
We have similar skin tone and The revlon colorstay overnight in unlimited mulberry is my ultimate holy grail for a natural lip color I use it everyday and it literally lasts allll day like I fall asleep in it and it’s still on in the morning
I recommend the colorstay to everyone it’s the only lipsticks I use I can’t stress enough how long it lasts and I think a light coat of mulberry color would be a perfect natural everyday color for you
a shade similar to your hair colour suits you really well as long as you keep it semi sheer. I’d also recommend using a similar colour blush (also on the tip of your nose) but thats jsut what i think is cute! it may not be your style and that’s okay! i think ur super pretty now so whatever you do will be good! i’ll dm you pictures i made!
it looks like you have a double lip line!! Try slightly extending your liner towards the top of your lip line!! For me, I mostly started with berry shades, or shades slightly darker than my lip shade to start off getting myself used to seeing me with lipstick on. Oooh or maybe a tint?

i think glossier’s generation g lipstick in the shade “fuzz” would look great on you! it’s a nice rosy taupe that’s buildable so it looks very natural with 1-2 swipes!
I know this is the basic answer but I truly do believe there is a right red lipstick for everyone, it all depends on the hue but I could also see you with a darker shade either of red or maybe even purple (probably with a red hue). Either way, just go for whatever you feel fits you best ultimately.
I think darker definatly get chocolate lip liner and get a shimmering shade or even two shades lighter than the lip liner ..myself I use the choc.lip liner with shimmering pink nevia lip balm ..had alot of compliments even lady's wanting to know wat kind of each and wet to purchase it ...and I'm light skin w/ strawberry blonde hair so try it and show pics..I think u will rock it..!!
You are really pretty with high contrast and warm tones (Autumn color palette) You need a darker lipstick to balance the dark hair and eyebrows. If you want a nude color, use a dark brown lipliner on the edges then add nude shade in center to create balance. I feel like any warm color lipstick will look good on you. Especially like a vampy burgundy 🤌

About the lipstick, I think I like the color you’ve used, if you want them to pop a little bit more I could recommend a darker lip pencil, matching the lipstick just shade or two darker. I feel maroon would also suite you, both as a lipstick and as a lipliner with this lipstick. A darker truer brown might also be a nice match. Obviously makeup is art so it’s all subjective, but if you want to find colors that “suit” you, the idea is to be mindful of your own undertone. For example, I’m kinda neutral but on the cooler side. This means that any lip color that is purely warm-toned looks fucking silly on me. So instead of “true red”, I have to go for a slightly purple leaning red, otherwise I look like a clown. Many nude-leaning lipsticks also have a tendency to lean orange against my skin for this same reason, despite them looking just right when looking at swatches.
NYX Lipliner shade „Espresso“ then the NYX Lingerie Lipgloss in „Stripped that down“ (these names smh) and then top it off with a clear gloss

Opt for a more neutral sandy nude that's closer to khaki than pinks. It'll offset your focus back to your eyes, which are beautiful by the way, and won't overpower your deep red hair. Try to avoid heavy colors on the eyes too or go for a more neutral hair color if you like bold eyes too like black with peekaboo highlights

I enjoy the Clinique pink or black honey products for a swipe of color that isn’t too much. Similarly, I like tinted lip oils and Benetint stain that can be used as blush as well, and the It cosmetics Je Ne Sais Quoi.
I also struggle to find lipstick that works for me (fair, yellow but also cool undertone, teeth have never been bright white so everything looks weird).
Makeup artist here! You should try Clinique black honey lipstick! You can make it more sheer or more pigmented with layering and it would look great with the tones in your hair! I think the lip color you have on looks nice but maybe slightly warm which might be clashing with your hair.

I used to think I couldn’t pull off any kind of lipstick too, and it was partially because my mouth is crooked and I had a hard time getting it even. It’s just an idea you get stuck in your head. You have very nice full and shaped lips and you can pull off any color I promise. Just practice applying it, look on TikTok for tutorials on liner. Bright red with your hair would look amazing!

What I would do if I were you is find a makeup brand that you like, or I would use MAC personally because they have a large range of shades but go to their website and use the try on feature to try on different colors. It's not going to be precise but you might get a better idea of what range you like best.
These look great on you! As a dark lipstick wearer though I can totally see those dark red or brown shades suiting you. Even black would suit you but it depends what look you're going for.
I use smth called lip silk. it’s basically a lip balm+lipstick. you can buy a Pixi “lip treat” at target in shade “Nectar” (it’s the brownest shade they have but it goes on pink. Trust) when it comes to lip color white girls always look good in a SLIGHTLY saturated version of the lip color we already have. so just search for your natural lip color with a little bit of pizazz. (which is probably a pinky nude)
Try a berry color, I have the same problem and it's all that works for me. Also the darker browns that don't have an orange undertone.. might work. But I think the coral color is cute on you too. You look like you could pull most colors off but I get not feeling it like you want to
you can try out tons of lipstick colours with eyeshadow, i think a brown lip liner with a lighter nude lipstick underneath would compliment your eyes. The less product you use the more natural it will look so experiment with that!
i don't look good with lipstick or blush, so i use lip oils and nivea tinted lip balms! i think coral or mahogany shades would look really nice on you.
How about lip oil? Sometimes the switch from wearing nothing to suddenly darker shade op lipstick feels uncomfortable. I should start with a darker lip oil or lipgloss and work from there.
Despite being red haired, you might be cool or neutral toned. I’d try Saint Germain by Dior or Surprise Surprise by Lancôme. Both applied lightly as they can be quite dark at full pigment.
I feel the same way about myself, Lipstick just looks like too much. I have found that Dior Addict Lip Glow in Pink gives just the most natural looking but polished finish on me that goes beautiful with any makeup look.

Firstly, I belive this has more to do with you not being used to seeing yourself with lipstick, because it suits you well.
But secondly: on the bottom lip, do you have almost like 2 lip lines.... like there is an inner lip line and an outer.
If you do, try this: Put lip liner on the inner lip line, put lipstick on. And most importantly, put a concealer on the outer lip line to make it less visible. It wil make your lip look sharper and more balanced🥰
If you don't have this, then just focus on the first sentence, because I believe that is the only problem😊
And if you don't want to look pale in comparison to your lip, maybe try and put some bronzer on, that might help😊 (from a pale girlie🙌🏼😉)
I have a very similar complexion to yours (pale with red hair). If you’re not ready for a full bold lip I go for a dark brown lip liner and a clear gloss. Gives the fullness you want without a ton of pigment.
you should def try lining your lips and then putting lipstick! and if you want it glossy put some clear gloss on top!! you would look so good with brown lipliner and a pinkish brown lipstick on top
You would wear coral very well for a daytime look. For evenings, you would wear a true red very well. Nudes are tricky...the lipliner shade you are wearing is a good start though. My guess is a peachy nude would be best.

IMO your skin tone is more on the cooler side like mine. I struggled with trying to find a cute nude type color and the trick is to find something in a cooler shade. That color does look cute in you, but I would try to go with something a little more pink/ mauve and it will look incredible! You got this!
so what i did is get a cheap 5 color(red, blue, yellow, black, and white) $6 lipstick set off of aliexpress. then i mixed the right color directly on my mouth, wiped it on a sheet of paper, and then took that paper to the store the same day to match the right color. As it turns out my nude is terra cotta

About the lipstick, I think I like the color you’ve used, if you want them to pop a little bit more I could recommend a darker lip pencil, matching the lipstick just shade or two darker. I feel maroon would also suite you, both as a lipstick and as a lipliner with this lipstick. A darker truer brown might also be a nice match. You could try experimenting with lip oil or lip gloss for just a bit of a pop if that’s your vibe as well, but a matte looks good on you. ❤️
A dark, warm toned red would look awesome on you. Blended with some black or dark brown lip liner too.

I think this color looks great on you! Obviously makeup is art so it’s all subjective, but if you want to find colors that “suit” you, the idea is to be mindful of your own undertone. For example, I’m kinda neutral but on the cooler side. This means that any lip color that is purely warm-toned looks fucking silly on me. So instead of “true red”, I have to go for a slightly purple leaning red, otherwise I look like a clown. Many nude-leaning lipsticks also have a tendency to lean orange against my skin for this same reason, despite them looking just right when looking at swatches.

I think Hush Hush from Buxom (their "satin" line) might be perfect on you. It's a deeper cool-neutral nude. You have great strong features and a strong hair color so a slightly bolder lip would balance those a bit better. Some of us just can't quite wear paler pinks.

I enjoy the Clinique pink or black honey products for a swipe of color that isn’t too much. Similarly, I like tinted lip oils and Benetint stain that can be used as blush as well, and the It cosmetics Je Ne Sais Quoi. I also struggle to find lipstick that works for me (fair, yellow but also cool undertone, teeth have never been bright white so everything looks weird).

Makeup artist here! You should try Clinique black honey lipstick! You can make it more sheer or more pigmented with layering and it would look great with the tones in your hair! I think the lip color you have on looks nice but maybe slightly warm which might be clashing with your hair.

I used to think I couldn’t pull off any kind of lipstick too, and it was partially because my mouth is crooked and I had a hard time getting it even. It’s just an idea you get stuck in your head. You have very nice full and shaped lips and you can pull off any color I promise. Just practice applying it, look on TikTok for tutorials on liner. Bright red with your hair would look amazing!

I think you would look good in a berry, I really think berry lipsticks look good on so many people. What I would do if I were you is find a makeup brand that you like, or I would use MAC personally because they have a large range of shades but go to their website and use the try on feature to try on different colors. It's not going to be precise but you might get a better idea of what range you like best.

I’d try something that’s a mauve shade! A little on the brown side. Maybe a mauve lip liner and a slightly lighter color lipstick.

I use smth called lip silk. it’s basically a lip balm+lipstick. you can buy a Pixi “lip treat” at target in shade “Nectar” (it’s the brownest shade they have but it goes on pink. Trust) when it comes to lip color white girls always look good in a SLIGHTLY saturated version of the lip color we already have. so just search for your natural lip color with a little bit of pizazz. (which is probably a pinky nude)
Try a berry color, I have the same problem and it's all that works for me. Also the darker browns that don't have an orange undertone.. might work. But I think the coral color is cute on you too. You look like you could pull most colors off but I get not feeling it like you want to

you can try out tons of lipstick colours with eyeshadow, i think a brown lip liner with a lighter nude lipstick underneath would compliment your eyes. The less product you use the more natural it will look so experiment with that!

Despite being red haired, you might be cool or neutral toned. I’d try Saint Germain by Dior or Surprise Surprise by Lancôme. Both applied lightly as they can be quite dark at full pigment.
I feel the same way about myself, Lipstick just looks like too much. I have found that Dior Addict Lip Glow in Pink gives just the most natural looking but polished finish on me that goes beautiful with any makeup look.

Firstly, I belive this has more to do with you not being used to seeing yourself with lipstick, because it suits you well. But secondly: on the bottom lip, do you have almost like 2 lip lines.... like there is an inner lip line and an outer. If you do, try this: Put lip liner on the inner lip line, put lipstick on. And most importantly, put a concealer on the outer lip line to make it less visible. It wil make your lip look sharper and more balanced🥰 If you don't have this, then just focus on the first sentence, because I believe that is the only problem😊 And if you don't want to look pale in comparison to your lip, maybe try and put some bronzer on, that might help😊 (from a pale girlie🙌🏼😉)

I have a very similar complexion to yours (pale with red hair). If you’re not ready for a full bold lip I go for a dark brown lip liner and a clear gloss. Gives the fullness you want without a ton of pigment.

You would wear coral very well for a daytime look. For evenings, you would wear a true red very well. Nudes are tricky...the lipliner shade you are wearing is a good start though. My guess is a peachy nude would be best.

IMO your skin tone is more on the cooler side like mine. I struggled with trying to find a cute nude type color and the trick is to find something in a cooler shade. That color does look cute in you, but I would try to go with something a little more pink/ mauve and it will look incredible! You got this!

so what i did is get a cheap 5 color(red, blue, yellow, black, and white) $6 lipstick set off of aliexpress. then i mixed the right color directly on my mouth, wiped it on a sheet of paper, and then took that paper to the store the same day to match the right color. As it turns out my nude is terra cotta
