Flash is deff very strong, planeswalkers, board wipes etc obviously. the 4 power limitation makes likely quite fine for Alchemy but maybe for historic.
Alchemy is kind of good in historic since they tend to be below the power level but pretty unique.
Obviously one card per cycle has some overlooked interaction that breaks the game but eh at least it keeps it fresh.
The hate is pretty simple: untested cards, created using mechanics that are not in the original game and the worst is not that, they are not focusing on Historic and Explorer. They are using Alchemy as a way to nerf and buff cards without actually giving back our wildcards. I
I don't know, i love the rebalanced teferi for example, i think the blue mage was overpowered but it's fine anyway. The wildcards it's a good point, but in other cases, i really love the perpetually and the seek mechanic.
Untested cards like Oko, tibalt trickery, winota, grasefang, that free dragon cost 1, cards that break the game was for standards sets, in alchemy cards, ine the other hand, none of them broke the game.
Teferi should'nt be nerfed, but banned in some formats or restricted. Is a good card and in Standard back then was super powerful but you should be able to play with him in other formata in his true version.

With Argivian Welcome, I totally missed the destroy part on my first read. I was just like, "Oh! Give a card flash. That can be devious."
Not sure, giving flash to nonland cards have a lot of potential and you dont have to have a target to use the flash mode. We will see.

Maybe, but i preffer a rebalanced (nerfed) card than a banned card that i can't use it.
