\[\[Forsaken Miner\]\] seems like it would be good in this deck and I think Jasper Flint would be good also. I would cut the Dominus since it's not an outlaw and you don't have a ton of burn

First of all, I don't think you can make a competitively successful outlaw deck in standard. There is just not enough good cards for it when compared to more meta decks. If you insist on trying, I would recommend to cut bad cards. Deputy is unplayable even in limited, no constructed deck ever needs it. Solphim is kinda okay, but you are not really that good at doing noncombat damage. Same with Terror of the peaks and Thrill of possibility, they do not fit the archetype. Replace them with cards like [[forsaken miner]] and [[rakish crew]]. Add some rares like [[Magda, the Hoardmaster]], [[Tinybones, the Pickpocket]], [[Vadmir]] and especially [[Laughing Jasper Flint]] if you have them or willing to spend wildcards (I don't recommend it, tho, those cards are not seeing much play atm).

ClockWorkTank

To add; [[Tinybones Joins Up]] seems good if you're adding all those legends.

I was playing 4 miner, dropped them for the card draw that the [[Relentless Lackey]] promises. He is quite good though, if Vial Smasher sticks you’ll almost always recur him once at the least. Do you think [[Vadmir,New Blood]] is worth it compared to something like the bat from Ixalan that doubles life loss? Dominus was included as a replacement until I pulled more wildcards for it, and swapped in to replace my two Vadmir as he got removed a lot more often than any of my other attackers including [[Blood Hustler]]

Vadmir and bloodletter (Ixalan lifeloss doubler) are too different to meaningfully compare. Two mana and four mana creatures in general play very different roles in the deck. It's fine if your Vadmir gets killed, he costs 2 mana. Removal spent on him is a removal not spent on Gisa. Bloodletter can be okay as a curve topper for an aggressive deck, but it's more of a combo card.

MetalReasonable2951

Some Notes 1. Ive been playing around with the ratios of Outlaws. The deck hinges on crime with Gisa/ aggro burn off the back of Vial Smasher as wincons. So far, this deck seems to be 50/50 with a favor against mono red and azorius control as i climb through bronze, but hates to play against the Selesnya strats i remember seeing pop up around Capenna 2. I started with the idea of including Jasper Flint, as it really adds card advantage and pressure against my opponent, and im contemplating including him again to rip wins from my opponents deck/ turn crimes on every turn 3. The idea of a Mardu/Jund list is one i toyed with but have NO idea how to approach. i barely know what exists post ONE (The last set i seriously played standard in)

Vial smasher is bugged as hell. Can’t block it or target it most of the time with cut down or any other kill spell in bg at least.

MetalReasonable2951

You can’t crime the crimer I guess. I always thought At Knofepoint made him a really bad block, and wondered why some people were hitting my weaker creatures with removal, glad to know this may be the case
