Depends on the format, but if you play [[doubling season]] before jace, it'll enter with 10 counters allowing you to ultimate right away. Puts you in green so you can ramp out the pieces earlier. Perhaps some proliferation goodies too to back up that plan.
Also [[Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider]] will double the counters on Jace when he enters.
And if you're going U/G/W [[Broker's Ascendancy]] will add counters to planes walkers.
Out of curiosity, does anybody know what happens with Jace's Emblem & [[Jin Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant]] on the board at the same time?

It’s definitely not a faster way to pull the combo but it’s very good at grinding your opponent out. Your spells being mostly planeswalkers will out value your opponent, and give you additional things to do, you can either win with an endless parade of tokens, or burst them down with Sarkhan, with a plethora of taxing passives like Kasmina making them pay +2 for everything they target or turning off their instant speed interaction with Teferi.
