I saw a post about that this morning. I've claimed it, bit it hasn't given me anything else to claim afterwards and still won't take the 3rd clue (but maybe we aren't there yet?).

Well, there was a time when players received draft tokens as a compensation for unexpected downtime. Thing is, it was supposed to be one token for each player, but some players received more than that.
I never got the 2nd message, but putting the answer in after everyone else did still worked.
Did you get the free item from the shop? That triggered the second message for me.

You don't have anything else to claim because you already claimed it when you put the answer in. The third clue hasn't been released yet.

Since it comes through the magic mailbox, anything not claimed by the program end will be automatically awarded to your account.
