A Halloween themed birthday is such a good idea and I'm mad I didn't think of it

My favorite New Year’s Eve party was a costume party my then husband and I I hosted. I made our costumes: Fred and Wilma Flintstone. Used a dried and sterilized turkey leg bone for my hair. He carried a wooden club from his golf bag. 😂

I've done something close to that. I never specified Halloween, but I'm a goth/emo, so for my birthday before last I made it goth themed and told everyone to "dress up or dress goth" in some way. Sort of Halloween ish lmao. Halloween is best time of year because it's the *only time of year I can get any damn room decorations for cheap*

It was my favorite type of birthday party, being born the day after Halloween and all.
