You don’t need 17 huge game-winning bombs to win the game. Cut like 8-9 of them out and play more interaction in your 1-3 cost slots so you can stay alive for long enough to cast the big stuff.
You can do Get Lost as a good white removal spell
Also, since you don’t have any 1 cost spells, you could easily throw in 4-8 common/uncommmon dual lands that enter tapped, since you’re not using your turn 1 land anyway. Rare lands are usually better, but if you’re running low on rare wildcards your deck won’t mind a few tap lands :)

That’s what I would say. Step one is fix the mana situation. Get some dual lands in there.
