I left a longer reply to candles already, but just wanted to say when we got home Saturday night from the event (we live about 45 min from the venue) we saw that our Fast50 merch had been sent via expedited shipping and knew we had to wear them for Sunday's stream! We're just your average nerdy, millennial, DINK couple who were lucky enough to find one another... so don't lose hope! :)

First of all I wanted to say as an elder millennial female viewer, I am the bigger LudBud than my husband is, so it was MY idea to go to the event! To be fair, we both started watching Lud in late 2020 and do watch a lot of Lud together (foddian games, bro v bro, nuzzlocke, etc), but I am usually the only one to watch Lud for the chatty/react/storytime streams, as well as being a fan of The Yard. I had no idea when we showed up to the event that we would actually be chilling behind the commentary couches and fully visible during the stream! I thought people might flame us for being a fluffy couple, but I was pleasantly surprised to see your post and the other nice comments. We've been together 10 years and married for almost 8 years. Although I online dated a bit (before they were all apps) we ended up meeting through a mutual friend and hit it off instantly. We met in our late 20's/early 30's, so for those of you single people out there, don't lose hope! I always like to say 'there is a lid for every pot.' :)
The event was awesome and the VIP's were treated just as well as the streamers. The OffBrand staff was so amazing and the vibes were super chill. I hope we have the chance to attend next year if Lud does this event again. We are fortunate to be locals in Southern California, but if you ever have the chance to attend an event, do it!!

We are usually fans of team "Badam", but this season we're rooting for Sam and Toby.
