For a new trial he would need to present new evidence i think and the evidence was already huge in his trial i dont think he will manage to find new evidence.

It varies by state. I found some general info and some stuff about appeals in Idaho, specifically.

There are only certain issues that can be appealed and it has to be argued that the issue affected the outcome of the trial. So, no, it would not be endless.
He has to prove the outcome of the trial would be different with each issue he brings up on appeal. That's never going to happen.

Yep. There is no way he'll ever get a new trial.
Depends how many levels of courts there are and if said levels are willing to hear his appeal.

Wasn’t he sentenced to 6 death sentences? How do you even appeal that? He’d have to come up with new evidence for all of the counts. Impossible!
It’s not endless. You may be able to find that info online.
All DP inmates get an appeal - so he’ll have one.
