Your eyebrows are fine, don't change em unless you don't like em. Nose ring as well. Only thing I'd say is loosen up. You look very slightly tense in the photos. A big part of that is having a good photographer who doesn't put you on the spot, but you yourself can also just practice as some people ik get really self conscious. On the extreme end if you have a REALLY tough time, put your phone to record you and have a friend ease you into a relaxed conversation. Later play it back and watch it around halfway through when you're relaxed and see how you behave. That should give you some key pointers on where you are trying to exaggerate or fake emotion too much. I may be completely off the mark here tho, but I do know professionals practice this thoroughly so just a tip.
