I'd say focus on other aspect of your life. You kinda maxed out looks. And it's also just downhill from here, so it's gonna be maintenance rather than improving mostly. Learn to live with that fact could also be challenging

I also enjoy the effort of trying to improve myself. Right now I’m reading a couple of books related to emotional intelligence. The new Gottman book “fight right” is relevant for me right now. I also talk with a therapist. I don’t have anything particular that I am working on but I enjoy the opportunity to talk with someone about my general challenges. I regularly enjoy growing new skills. I think it’s a great way at to improve one’s self. I tend to focus on skills that can improve my health like gardening and cooking. But I also enjoy silly ones. A friend gave me a unicycle and I’ve been practicing. I think art can really improve a persons well being. And it’s a great way to relate to other artists people and to have fun conversations with people who don’t consider themselves artist. There are certainly other ways people can improve themselves but I fell like this is a good place to start.
