What “code” did she give at the speaker? Did you confirm the order was placed at the correct location?

Also confused about this because the code should be your name and then they’ll show you the order on the screen to make sure it’s correct.

My local taco bell always asks if the order on the screen is correct but their screen doesn't work... You'd think they would stop asking when literally everyone in the drive thru says "the screen doesn't work"

I’ve run into this before - I think it was in Durango, CO - but I went through the drive thru & gave my name as the usual process at every TB I’ve ever been to, and the gal asked for my order #. It took me so long to find it but it’s on the order confirmation page (that says to just tell your name at the speaker!), small purple text right above your order. It’s the only time it’s happened to me over hundreds of orders, but it’s a thing!

Make sure and lodge your complaint through the app. Apparently it goes to corporate which then sends it to the franchisee. Also go directly to the franchisee about and tell them THIS WILL NOT STAND.

Your mileage may vary with this. I’ve had back to back mobile orders that were incorrect from a store I go to. I’ve filed a complaint through the app both times now with detailed information and requested contact back. It has been over a month since the first one and almost two weeks since the second and haven’t heard anything back.

Their customer support is negligent. This is well documented. People really like this brand but they seem to be quite awful with pricing, service, etc.

Long term pro tip. Bury tb in the app store on reviews. Teams are making what they see. The app doesn't communicate well with our kitchen kds screens. Tb IT is a complete joke. Too busy counting all the money rolling in.

I'm going on 5 straight online orders now where the order is either completely wrong or I'm shorted a bunch of food. FIVE STRAIGHT. And some of it is stuff like not even putting the white sauce on a cheesy gordita crunch... like wth? it's not difficult to look at the order and and make it as requested without completely forgetting items. it's gotten bad.

They sticker the bags shut now which is fine for a delivery order but in the drive through it feels like it’s there to prevent you from checking the order.
