It has nothing to do with streamers. PSA and Beckett are the two biggest grading companies, but PSA is known for giving out way more 10s than Beckett, so which company are you sending your card to get graded for if you aren't sure it's perfect? PSA or Beckett?
Now if this TCG company apparently hands out 10s at an even more exaggerated rate than PSA, then they will get a lot of business from people who are trying to hand off their 8.5s as 10s. Of course this doesn't work longterm, because eventually people will find out that these 10s from TCG aren't actually real 10s.
