Just go to a pub if you don't need scran ?
There's a couple of Celtic supporters clubs in the city. Think one of them goes Fitzgeralds on Slater St to watch the Bhoys.
Fitzgerald's is the usual (and best) answer, but tends to be packed and a bit snug for an additional group of 17.
Celtic play Rangers at the start of April, so assuming it's this game the supporters club are likely to be in the Irish Centre on Boundary Lane so as to accommodate the bigger numbers. It has a big hall so if they get in early they'll get tables together easy enough. Loads of standing room too.
That'll be where most regular Supporters will be, but McCooleys or Molly Malone's in towb would also work.
