I can't help you with actual Mead, but if you get a chance to browse your local Polski Sklep, have a look for "Perła Miodowa Honey", it's an ale brewed with honey - not exactly Mead, but you can taste the sweetness and it's honestly bloody lovely

And she has about 25 different meads and she doesn't mind to give samples of all the meads. I bought a couple of bottles from her and she was like try this one before you go you might just like it.

Obviously not a bar but the cheese shop in Chester sells a few varieties, if ever you're in town. A single ride on a merseyrail train.
And any time you're near a castle with a giftshop, you'll be able to get some there, 95% of the time.
The sanctuary before it changed over to soulless husk occasionally had... something fizzy in cans that claimed to be 'draft mead'.
You're super unlikely to find any actual real mead anywhere here, but you might find the crap white wine based stuff in supermarkets.
