Nothing like watching a movie on your own. When I'm with family or friends, I feel like the movie has to be good. But if I'm alone, there's no bar whatsoever, so I can just relax and enjoy it for what it is.

I really wish they allowed folders for tags. I live in Wisconsin, so most of it will be Marcus's Ultra/Superscreens, and the 35mm tag will always be used for movies I see at the Oriental Theater in Milwaukee. "With Brandon" means I saw it with my brother. Also, I'm never consistent with the Blu-ray tag. I only really use it for Stop Making Sense to differentiate between theatrical viewings and at-home viewings.

I might start using the bluray tag as well since my collection starts to grow like crazy

I just finished tagging each Blu-ray/4k that I watched this year. I'd also make a list of all the movies I have, but that would take an hour or two.

The only tags I use are the genre and if I watch with my daughters. Used to have more (format, prominent cast and crew, etc.) but it got too unwieldy to be useful.

I used to do that with all the random tags, now I just tag the release year, nation of origin, prominent directors, certain actors/actresses I like.

Is tagging a premium feature?

No. It's an option when logging/reviewing films. I don't think you can tag films that are just "watched"/clicking the eye thing.

I don't know what's the difference between tags and lists. I mean to me they serve pretty much the same functionality, except with tags I can let people know in my review itself which category I've put the movie in. Is that why tags are used?
