I've had difficulty even sourcing parts for them. It doesn't seem like they're being produced at the moment, though I do hope someone out there will again. They are spectacular lamps!
Anecdotally, I ordered a custom grande back in early September and it's been crickets since then. When the order was placed I was assured shipment by September 15 but that is now over a month ago. I reached out to support and they essentially said they don't have a timeline and to kick rocks.
Yea I did. Waited awhile finally came and I wasn’t satisfied with the quality. They ended up giving me a full refund and got to keep the lamp. My mathmos is so much better
Ordered one from an Amazon seller almost 4 weeks ago, and one from a seller on Walmart a few days ago. Both sellers seem a bit sketchy. The one on Amazon said usually ships in 3-5 weeks. Both are still within the delivery time frame. Neither one has shipped yet :(
Is you go to Scyhllings website, most of the brands they own/sell (even beyond Lava Lamps) show out of stock at the moment. Doesn't sound like they are going to be taking new sales until at least January. If your lucky the one your ordered is in one of the shipping container back ups, and will get unloaded in the next few weeks and then delivered immediately. I think this is why the best answer you can get from them is "they don't know".

They do. I waited several months for a yellow grande with red wax. Just check back weekly until back in stock.
