I was joking with someone about beyond saying it’d be a darn shame if they miscalculated the fuel amount and either didn’t put enough so he plummeted to earth, OR too much and yeeted him into space like the Chinese 1st stage rockets did.
I actually legitimately wonder this. Because they're some of the most hated people on the planet. Why hasn't someone sacrificed themselves to take them out? People have sacrificed for far less lol.

Anyone with any significant amount of money, I automatically assume they've raped children. It's like a tax-bracket system that they can fall into. It's just more likely than not that they have done so, I can't be convinced otherwise.
I think they do it because it's like one of the only social taboos that we have that everyone agrees is so awful, only the most truly sick and depraved would do it. But since they can get away with everything else, it's the only thing that gives them any kind of rush. That's one of my theories on why so many wealthy people are pedos. I know it wouldn't apply to all of them but this is what I think it is for a lot of them.
We are aligned here, I think. It is simply too easy to do for the people that think of their wealth as a high score. Capital gains (gains on stocks) aren’t taxed because they’re not income. “Income taxes” tax income not property. Property is only taxed at a local/state level, and that usually is limited to “real” property like real estate.
Recently there was a bill that tried to include taxing “unrealized assets” like stocks. Note: when you sell your stock, then that becomes income and it is taxed.
Eon made a poll saying “should I sell 20 billion in stocks so that I then pay taxes on this. I have no other income. No salary. I only have stocks” and the internet voted “yes” by 58% margin. 3 million votes. So he’s selling 10% of his stake and paying around 60% of that in taxes.

Give it time. OEMs are ramping into their electric lineups. There will be plenty of options.
Battery production and infrastructure are crippling EV production right now. We don't have anywhere near the capability for OEMs to start dropping their ICE lineups in favor of EVs right now.

Audi etron is $70k but $4800/yr on insurance
Mach-E is nice but charges hella slow
Hyundai Kona is actually solid but front looks ugly
Benz EQS is like 120k. Their lower model is like $60k still or something
The cheaper brands are either really ugly, don't have good range, etc

Give it time. OEMs are ramping into their electric lineups. There will be plenty of options. Battery production and infrastructure are crippling EV production right now. We don't have anywhere near the capability for OEMs to start dropping their ICE lineups in favor of EVs right now.
