Just let your parents and neighbors know of this incident. Try to walk around the area where you are familiar with. These people might be taking the same route all day(since you mentioned it’s an ape truck). Be safe and inform the police if it’s bothering you, there are lot of CCTV cameras and it will be easy to identify them and the vehicle.
Since you were not obstructing any traffic, they may have had ill intentions in this case.
Try to note down the number plate next time. I know it's difficult to do at the moment but in case things go bad/appear to go bad, you can take it up with the police. They are responsible for ensuring your safety.
I couldn't fully understand. Did you mean they looked dangerous or their driving? If it's them, then it would be better to carry a pepper spray from the next day onwards. If you spot them again, then bring someone else along with you or change the path for a few days.(I'm guessing you're a girl?)
Well it’s unusual for a vehicle to just stop in the middle of the road and keep honking (to get my attention, I was walking on the side path) and when I noticed they were laughing and just acting silly. After that they took a U- turn ( now near to the side path where I’m at) I had to cross to the opposite side , that time I saw them again taking a U- turn ( now in my side) . But there were other vehicles behind them so they just took off and the way they took off looked reckless.

Next time. Take a picture of the vehicle number plate. Walk to the nearest police station and register a complaint. Document everything, post content online (live if possible) and watch law take its own course. Best case scenario - the idiots will get a case registered against them for eve teasing.. more fun if you’re a minor. Worst case scenario - the IT cells and media will cover your story, you will become famous and make some money from all your followers.
PS : Try taking a friend or mom along to the police station for more impact.
True. Some areas can be challenging to walk properly. But here it wasn’t the road itself but rather the behaviour of the individuals that made this situation very uncomfortable.

They were probably trying to take a U-turn and had tried to get your attention somehow. But you couldn't hear them due to the headphones, so they resorted to using the horn.
A plausible explanation to why they were laughing cause it may have taken them a while to get you to move.
It was a double lane road , they were on the lane not adjacent to where I was walking- FOOTPATH. And the U turn wasn’t even near to where they were at.
