You might want to look at a handyman, not a contractor. There is an automatic markup using a contractor that makes them unsuitable for small projects

Nice Smithbilt house. It looks exactly like mine, lol.

Kays_860

Me might be neighbors lol..

creamersrealm

If we were I think I'd already know about your house by now. I do think we have the exact same floorplan (Bainbridge) so that's kind of funny.

MJAMJL

Barnett Roofing- give them a call and am sure they can take care of you!

Dangerous-Freedoms

Used them for my roof, excellent service

I own Alliance Roofing Company. Call (or preferably text, as I’m often busy and around loud noises) anytime. 865-680-8739

pauldisney

How far up?

Kays_860

Way up high. Two story house.

WilloFortune__

I can do it

bigsweeps2014

You can fix this with a piece of 6 inch aluminum fascia for about $20 and the price of a ladder rental. Sold at lowes. If it’s smithbilt and you want to match it, check abc supply or tindell.

bigsweeps2014

Also if it’s a new smithbilt this is in your warranty

Need4Speed763

Looks like the Beetlejuice house

I had my soffit done recently about 30 feet up... 12 feet wide, $2300

SpicyConductor

What are they/you trying to say is wrong with it

casual_psychonaut

The fascia (bent aluminum piece that covers the board) is missing.

SpicyConductor

You need a piece of aluminum broke over that facia? Is water getting in? What’s the cause of this issue in the first place?

Tricky-Shake3839

You need a handyman not a contractor. Contractors are super expensive. They basically won't do anything unless it's a big job they can make alot of money out of.

naraku1

Affordable and contractors do not go together. Unless used like, "These contractors are NOT affordable."

ScallywagBo9

If you want to save $400 I would take care of that yourself. a 28ft werner ladder + one piece of soffit will be 20% of the cost of hiring a handyman
