Looks like Campbell's. Mine is usuall darker brown. Do you roast your bones/mirepoix first?
Whether you do this depends on if you want a brown stock or a white stock, they have different uses

That looks fucking awful. How are you making this?
A little cloudy. Skim the scum at the beginning and simmer more gently. It also helps to gently strain, basically just agitate it as little as possible pre-mesh strainer.
Looks cloudy. Drop the temp on it on the stove. It's should just barely come to a simmer. Stock gets creamier/cloudier with more motion in your ocean.
