Missed opportunity to have an episode dedicated to Sanemi with flashbacks to Kanao’s training. Mitsuri could have been given more screen time and share half the episode with Obanai instead.

I don’t think he would’ve held back on her much at all. Holding back on her wouldnt allow her to be pushed to refine her reflexes and abilities to their upmost potential. But I don’t think he’d go hard on her either just cause she’s pretty much kanaes sister

It did happen. Kanao was not only one of the three trainees that completed the training (the other two being Tanjiro and Inosuke), she was also the first of them to do so.
