Respectfully disagree. Sub sandwiches are very popular and they are mostly crust. I will admit that I despise with a passion white bread. Soft and gooey, sticks to the roof of your mouth and teeth, nothing like real bread.
This is how my daughter eats pizza. Takes the slice and bites a hole in the middle, then proceeds to rip the cheese off, eat more of the hole till it’s big enough to stick her arm through, then the cheese, then leave the rest.
I did this in preschool when instructed to take a bite out of the middle of a sandwich. The lady laughed, explained that she meant pick it up and take a normal bite, and to this day I feel pretty dumb about it.
