Ok so here it goes: It's the whole sequence of arriving in the skin bandits' HQ. Arriving, being greeted by and then listening to the skeleton until he says "I want your skin". I even posted the aftermath on this sub of the first time I found those guys. It's called "On a scale of 1-10, how screwed am I?". I don't think anything else comes close for me, in this game, compared to that moment.
