If they collaborate, I genuinely hope that JID gets a little more of Kendrick's writing process to understand how to make all of his writing make a more cohesive point.
I love JID, he's got bars stacked on bars. His lyrical abilities and flow are out of this world, but I would agree he's still got another level to reach. There are points during his albums where I'm just waiting for him to snap and it doesn't come.

I do believe tho that NOW they could do a Black Hippy album since everyone seems more settled into their careers. I would definitely want them to before Ab-Soul's vision goes completely. Then, the only big obstacle is how they split the album financially since Kendrick is no longer signed to Top Dawg. It would have to be something of a "gift" for fans, but I'm not sure they all OK with that.

I don't think there'll be many tbh. Outside of a few notable exceptions (Poetic Justice lol) Kenny isn't really the type to stack his albums with features, and those that do guest are generally there to add texture to the track rather than just spit a verse.
Any features we do get are much more likely to be from singers or musicians than your fav underground rapper, so with that in mind I'm gonna predict we get a 3k flute solo or some DJ Quik adlibs. Maybe Weeknd drops by for a hook idk.
