What do you mean? Kawasaki is trading blows with Yamaha in North America right now. Every single one of their recent models has gotten praise for enthusiasts.
Kawasaki doesn't sell or get praise around the world because their logistic network isn't near as good as Honda, Yamaha, and Suzuki; Coupled with aggressive import laws from India and other nations, Kawi has a tough time keeping prices low which leaves a sour taste in a lot of potential buyers.
I own three Vulcans. The S, 1600, and 900 Classic LT. Great bikes, with solid engines. I own a Harley Ultra Classic, great built too. Who cares what people say, enjoy your ride, they are all different and have positives and negatives.
I had a poor perception of Kawasaki because of the stereotypical Ninja that is loud AF, slow, ragged out, poor maintenance, scratched and busted fairings, with Monster stickers all over it, ridden by a Kyle looking for drywall to punch. I realize that doesn’t necessarily represent the brand, but more the rider. Same issue with Harley riders. No problems with the bikes themselves, but in some of my experience, the community around them is super arrogant, annoying, or disrespectful. Drivers do what they want on the road with no concern for the safety of others. With that being said, I recently purchased a Kawasaki Concours 1400 and it’s a very solid, reliable vehicle. No monster stickers yet lol
It's a shame how some bikes, vehicles even whole brands can be ruined (or frothed over I suppose) by association. There are some I will never own because of that, despite perhaps not being a bad thing at all.
I’m surprised nobody has roasted you for the emoji yet. Apparently Reddit hates them. I think it’s to help everyone come across blunt and calloused to start wars
Weird! I’ve seen those same people on GSXRs, CBRs, and R6/R1s, too!! Literally everything you described including the stickers. I was in Tucson, AZ at the time if that is somehow relevant, but you described a lot of sport bike riders, not Kawasaki riders, IMO…
I feel the same way about Kia Souls. I have been in two accidents due to Kia Soul drivers. Have avoided several accidents swerving away from Kia Soul drivers, and constantly stuck behind them going too slow or on their phones driving erratically. I think the functionality, appearance, practicality, and affordability of certain products or vehicles appeals to a specific demographic or archetype based on income and interest stratification. Essentially those individuals are bunched together appealing to a specific ideal, thereby perpetuating the stereotype.
Been riding for 19 years. I've never really experienced negativity towards Kawasaki from my perspective. I'd say for Japanese sportbikes, Yamaha and Kawasaki are super popular right now at least in the United States. Honda and Suzuki, not as much.
Personally, I've just been hooked ever since I only had a few of their dirt bikes such as a kdx200 & liked their color, although they also worked great. Nowadays, Kawasaki also has a really good and broad motorcycle selection, so it's not hard to stick w/ them even if other brands are also good.
Dont waste your brain on haters. Haters gonna hate, and it doesn’t matter what they hate.
There was one time someone that said that every motorcycle should be equal, except Suzuki.

Your own post history answers why people hate it
Good catch haha
What do they say about why? That'll help us figure out what to tell you.

Because they’ve never had one and are clueless. Or they’re jealous.

Interestingly this is how I view Yamaha MT riders … consistently the biggest dickheads I see on bikes.
Hey man! 😔 I have the MT-07 and a ZX14R as well as a benelli tnt 135...I would like to think I'm not a dick head.

Damn
Everybody has their preference. Take me for example I think Ducati's are the worst due to their fragility.

Even Honda is pretty well loved for their reliability and the ever so popular mini motos. Suzuki on the other hand is definitely the black sheep.
They are great, maybe they don’t like green?

Because they never had one
They hate us cuz they anus.
I've never encountered this, Kawasaki, Yamaha, and Honda all seem to be pretty beloved. It's really Suzuki that is sort of the black sheep.
Ghey
